What is The Library?

The Library is the private/personal collection of Doctor Who memorabilia owned by Lee and William Thompson.

Can you grade/appraise my Doctor Who items/collection?

We can not. The Library is more of an expansion of the personal brand of Lee & William Thompson. Do feel free to reach out though, as we might be able to point you towards the right people!

What does Private/Personal mean?

It means that we don't offer any services, and this is not a museum. It's just like your own amazing collection of items!

I have Doctor Who items I don't want anymore; can I send them to you?

Unfortunately, we can't accept any "donations" in terms of items or "tips". This is not a business, and thus not set up to meet the local tax codes for any such exchange. But thanks for thinking of us. If it's new/sealed items, you can reach out and we can point you in the direction of a few great charitable foundations!

But, I don't call my collection anything special.

Totally fair! However, my Father, Lee, & I spend a lot of time together working in/on the collection. So, after a while, it lovingly became The Library, and the name just stuck.

So, why is it called The Library?

To be honest, it started as a way for my Father, Lee, to anger my Mother. Instead of allowing her to call our collection any number of names (for some reason we can't convert her to the Whoniverse), he decided to call it The Library.

What if I sell Doctor Who merchandise and want to send you an item to review?

Per our local taxes, we can accept items to review or keep from officially recognized business. This is due to our local tax code viewing them as a "sample" or "contract" (in the case of a review). Should someone want to send something, for some reason, please contact us at;

Wait, don't you have a world record?

As of October 1st 2024, yes we do! Guinness World Records confirmed that we now hold the record for the largest collection of Doctor Who Memorabilia.
